Kekham Technologies delivers custom software development, cloud infrastructure engineering, artificial intelligence models, and cybersecurity auditing. All deliverables, codebases, and service agreements are provided according to standard enterprise service level agreements (SLAs) agreed upon during project engagement.
All trade secrets, proprietary algorithms, source code, logos, designs, trademarks, and documentation published or deployed by Kekham Technologies remain the exclusive property of Kekham Technologies unless explicitly transferred under a written enterprise agreement.
Users shall not engage in unauthorized vulnerability scanning, reverse engineering, unauthorized data extraction, denial-of-service attempts, or any activity that violates applicable local and international cybersecurity laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kekham Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, system downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya and international commercial standards. Any disputes shall be subject to amicable arbitration before formal legal proceedings.
